Generally its down to making sure all the ports needed for AV are open, any network issues can cause this etc.
Let me know how you get on with that, try posting it on the Technet OCS forum .

Btw do you have an idea why A/V disconnects repeatedly in Live Meeting Sessions? I'm using Windows 2008 R2 for all Servers
